April 2023 Roundtable: April 11, 2023 at 3:00 PM
The April roundtable will be held on April 11, 2023 at 3:00 PM. The roundtable will be a little different this month from usual. We are going to hold a general discussion on bankruptcy issues and Kyle Craddock is going to discuss the Rights and Responsibilities Agreement. (Revised draft attached.) We want as much participation as possible from the local bar. We encourage attending the roundtable in person if someone wants to participate or offer suggestions during the discussion.
