Friends:
Please join us next Tuesday, November 12 at 5:00 pm in the classroom of the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office, 1800 Church Street, Second floor (free parking), where John Kitch will speak to us regarding the need for small firm and solo practitioners to protect their clients in the event they become incapacitated or pass away.
All of us were affected by the sudden and untimely death of Jonathan Augusta. His death has forced many of us in smaller firms or in solo practice to face the ethical responsibilities we have to our clients and how we can best prepare for them. We think that this is an important topic and we encourage you to attend.
So that we can have materials available, please RSVP to Maggie Reidy (maggier@ch13bna.com or 615-687-3219). We are applying for CLE credit, so please do your best to attend.
