We hope this email finds everyone doing very well. The rescheduled April roundtable will be held on April 25, 2023 at 3:00 PM. The roundtable will be a little different this month from usual. We are going to hold an open and general discussion on bankruptcy issues. Kyle Craddock is going to discuss the Rights and Responsibilities Agreement. Attached below you will find an updated RARA provided by Kyle. We want as much participation as possible from the local bar. We encourage attending the roundtable in person if someone wants to participate or offer suggestions during the discussion. The Zoom information is below.
