The Middle Tennessee Consumer Bankruptcy Bar Roundtable will be by Zoom tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Join the webinar to learn about the way to pursue a bankruptcy "hardship discharge" of student loans given the recent policy changes by the Justice Department and the Department of Education. The presentation will be made by Josh Cohen, an experienced borrowers' attorney on how to navigate this new, albeit temporary, policy change. We are applying for CLE approval for this program.
